We have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not required for us under Art. 37 GDPR; please use the contacts above for any questions.<\/p>\n<p>This policy applies to the antfarma.eu website and to data we receive when dealing with customers, partners and prospective customers. We work mainly with companies and institutions, so we usually process the business contact details of their employees or representatives. Our services are not directed at children.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. What data we collect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Inquiry form data:<\/b> company name, representative's name, email, phone number, selected product categories, message (e.g. a configured test panel), the page the inquiry was sent from and the site language. Company name and email are required \u2013 without them we cannot reply; other fields are optional.<\/li>\n<li><b>Advertising source<\/b> (UTM tags, Google Ads click ID) \u2013 only if you have accepted marketing cookies.<\/li>\n<li><b>Business relationship data:<\/b> contact details of customer and supplier representatives, orders, quotes, contracts, invoices and correspondence.<\/li>\n<li><b>Data from public sources:<\/b> name, position, business email and phone of contact persons at public authorities and companies, obtained from the Lithuanian Central Public Procurement Information System (CVP IS), the CPO LT e-catalogue, the Register Centre and the organisations' own websites. We inform you of this when we first contact you.<\/li>\n<li><b>Newsletter data:<\/b> email address, if you subscribe.<\/li>\n<li><b>Technical data:<\/b> IP address, browser type, request time \u2013 for security and site operation (server logs, attack protection).<\/li>\n<li><b>Cookie data<\/b> \u2013 see section 8.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>3. If you object to direct marketing, we will no longer use your data for that purpose. How long we keep data<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Inquiries and correspondence that did not lead to a contract \u2013 3 years from the last contact.<\/li>\n<li>Contacts from public sources \u2013 while relevant to cooperation, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, or until you object.<\/li>\n<li>Contracts \u2013 10 years after performance; accounting documents (invoices etc.) \u2013 10 years (Lithuanian index of document retention periods).<\/li>\n<li>Newsletter data \u2013 until you withdraw consent.<\/li>\n<li>Server and security logs \u2013 up to 90 days.<\/li>\n<li>Cookies \u2013 for the periods listed in section 8.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>5. Who we share data with<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be accessed only by service providers who help us operate and who process it on our instructions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>website hosting and email providers;<\/li>\n<li>providers maintaining our CRM and business management system (Odoo);<\/li>\n<li>accounting, IT support, courier and logistics providers \u2013 only as needed to perform a contract;<\/li>\n<li>Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads) \u2013 only if you have accepted statistics or marketing cookies;<\/li>\n<li>public authorities \u2013 only where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Google LLC (USA) is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by European Commission adequacy decision (EU) 2023\/1795; the Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply. Otherwise we process data within the European Economic Area. You can request a copy of the safeguards by writing to us.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You have the right to access your data; to have it rectified; to have it erased; to restrict processing; to data portability; to object to processing (see the end of section 3); and to withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal).<\/p>\n<p>Send requests to <a href=\"mailto:info@antfarma.eu\">info@antfarma.eu<\/a>. Newsletter and marketing emails<\/h2>\n<p>Every marketing email we send identifies us as the sender and contains a free unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending such emails.<\/p>\n\n<h2>8. Cookies<\/h2>\n<p>We use necessary cookies to make the website work. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent. On your first visit you can accept, reject or choose cookies by category; you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner or here: <a href=\"#cookies\" class=\"af-cookie-open\">cookie settings<\/a>. Data security<\/h2>\n<p>We apply organisational and technical measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access rights, attack protection and backups.
