Multi-Drug Rapid Test Panel – 11 drugs (urine)
The test is intended for the qualitative detection of 11 drugs and drug metabolites in human urine. For self-testing; not an in vitro diagnostic device.
Detected drugs: amphetamine (AMP), barbiturates (BAR), benzodiazepines (BZO), cocaine (COC), marijuana (THC), methadone (MTD), methamphetamine (MET), ecstasy (MDMA), morphine / opiates (MOP), fentanyl (FYL), mephedrone (MEP).
Available from December 2026 – January 2027. Pre-orders are accepted now.
About the condition
One test with 11 drugs covers both classic drugs (cannabis, amphetamines, cocaine, opiates) and newer, highly dangerous substances (fentanyl, mephedrone), as well as prescription medicines that may be misused. A result in 5 minutes, without any instrument, gives a fast preliminary answer and helps to seek professional help in time.
Ingredients
- Test panel (sealed in a foil pouch with a desiccant)
- Instructions for use
Instructions
- Allow the test to reach room temperature (15–30 °C) before testing.
- Wash your hands thoroughly.
- Collect urine in a clean, dry container. The test can be performed at any time of the day.
- Remove the test panel from the sealed pouch and use it immediately.
- Remove the cap of the panel.
- Immerse the panel vertically in the urine sample for at least 10–15 seconds. Immerse it at least to the level of the wavy lines, but not above the arrow on the panel.
- Replace the cap and place the panel on a flat, non-absorbent surface.
- Start the timer.
- Read the results at 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.
Results
Negative result:
Two colored lines appear: one next to the letter “C” (control line) and one next to the letter “T” (test line).
Positive result:
Only one colored line appears, next to the letter “C”. No line appears next to the letter “T”. This means the drug concentration in the urine is above the cut-off level.
Negaliojantis:
The control line (C) fails to appear. Repeat with a new test.
IMPORTANT: the result is preliminary. A positive result must be confirmed by a laboratory using a more specific chemical method (GC/MS or LC/MS is preferred).
| Drug | Calibrator | Cut-off (ng/mL) |

| Amphetamine (AMP) | d-Amphetamine | 1 000 |
| Barbiturates (BAR) | Secobarbital | 300 |
| Benzodiazepines (BZO) | Oxazepam | 300 |
| Cocaine (COC) | Benzoylecgonine | 300 |
| Marijuana (THC) | 11-nor-Δ9-THC-9-COOH | 50 |
| Methadone (MTD) | Methadone | 300 |

| Ecstasy (MDMA) | d,l-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine | 500 |
| Morphine / Opiates (MOP/OPI) | Morphine | 300 |
| Fentanyl (FYL) | Fentanyl | 10 |
| Mephedrone (MEP) | Mephedrone | 100 |
- The test is for human urine only and provides a preliminary result only.
- The test does not distinguish between drugs of abuse and certain medications; certain foods or food supplements may also cause a positive result.
- A diluted or adulterated sample (e.g., bleach, alum) may give incorrect results. If adulteration is suspected, repeat the test with a new sample.
- Store in the sealed pouch at 2–30 °C, away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat. DO NOT FREEZE. Single use. Keep out of reach of children.

Amphetamine, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, cocaine, marijuana (THC), methadone, methamphetamine, ecstasy (MDMA), morphine / opiates, fentanyl and mephedrone.
Does a positive result mean drugs were used?
Not always. The result is preliminary – certain medicines or food supplements can also cause a positive result. A positive result must be confirmed in a laboratory (GC/MS or LC/MS).
When will the test be available?
Planned from December 2026 – January 2027. Distributors and pharmacies can place pre-orders now.
