Privacy policy

This version is effective from 1 November 2026.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is UAB „Antservis“ (brand “Antfarma”), company code 304093962, Panerių g. 64, LT-03160 Vilnius, Lithuania. Privacy contact: info@antfarma.eu, tel. +370 646 71683. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as this is not required for us under Art. 37 GDPR; please use the contacts above for any questions.

This policy applies to the antfarma.eu website and to data we receive when dealing with customers, partners and prospective customers. We work mainly with companies and institutions, so we usually process the business contact details of their employees or representatives. Our services are not directed at children.

2. What data we collect

• Inquiry form data: company name, representative's name, email, phone number, selected product categories, message (e.g. a configured test panel), the page the inquiry was sent from and the site language. Company name and email are required – without them we cannot reply; other fields are optional.
• Advertising source (UTM tags, Google Ads click ID) – only if you have accepted marketing cookies.
• Business relationship data: contact details of customer and supplier representatives, orders, quotes, contracts, invoices and correspondence.
• Data from public sources: name, position, business email and phone of contact persons at public authorities and companies, obtained from the Lithuanian Central Public Procurement Information System (CVP IS), the CPO LT e-catalogue, the Register Centre and the organisations' own websites. We inform you of this when we first contact you.
• Newsletter data: email address, if you subscribe.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, request time – for security and site operation (server logs, attack protection).
• Cookie data – see section 8.

3. Why we process data and on what legal basis

We do not make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you and do not carry out profiling for that purpose.

4. How long we keep data

• Inquiries and correspondence that did not lead to a contract – 3 years from the last contact.
• Contacts from public sources – while relevant to cooperation, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, or until you object.
• Contracts – 10 years after performance; accounting documents (invoices etc.) – 10 years (Lithuanian index of document retention periods).
• Newsletter data – until you withdraw consent.
• Server and security logs – up to 90 days.
• Cookies – for the periods listed in section 8.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be accessed only by service providers who help us operate and who process it on our instructions:

• website hosting and email providers;
• providers maintaining our CRM and business management system (Odoo);
• accounting, IT support, courier and logistics providers – only as needed to perform a contract;
• Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Ads) – only if you have accepted statistics or marketing cookies;
• public authorities – only where required by law.

Google LLC (USA) is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, covered by European Commission adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795; the Commission's standard contractual clauses also apply. Otherwise we process data within the European Economic Area. You can request a copy of the safeguards by writing to us.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data; to have it rectified; to have it erased; to restrict processing; to data portability; to object to processing (see the end of section 3); and to withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal).

Send requests to info@antfarma.eu. We will reply within one month; in complex cases this may be extended by two further months, in which case we will let you know.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania: L. Sapiegos g. 17, LT-10312 Vilnius, ada@ada.lt, tel. +370 5 271 2804, vdai.lrv.lt, or with the supervisory authority of your country.

7. Newsletter and marketing emails

Every marketing email we send identifies us as the sender and contains a free unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we stop sending such emails.

8. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to make the website work. Statistics and marketing cookies are set only with your consent. On your first visit you can accept, reject or choose cookies by category; you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner or here: cookie settings. The list of cookies used is shown in the table below.

9. Data security

We apply organisational and technical measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access rights, attack protection and backups. Only employees who need data for their work have access to it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the law or our business changes. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date.
