General provisions

  1. This policy applies to all personal data that you provide to us or that we collect and process when you use your account at www.antfarma.eu and when you order goods from our online shop.
  2. ANTFARMA respects your privacy and protects the personal data that you provide to us and that we collect, as set out in this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy explains why we collect your personal data and how we use it.
  3. We only collect your data that is necessary for the performance of ANTFARMA's activities and/or when you visit, use, browse the pages of ANTFARMA's websites (the "Site"). We ensure that the collection and processing of your data will be secure and will be used only for specific purposes.
  4. By providing us with your personal data, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, understand its provisions and agree to abide by it.

Definitions

  • Buyer - an able-bodied natural or legal person who has purchased goods from our online shop www.antfarma.eu
  • Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to the Buyer whose identity is known or can be established, directly or indirectly, by reference to the relevant data.

Processing of personal data

  • ANTFARMA processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other legal acts regulating personal data processing.
  • The scope of personal data processed depends on the ANTFARMA products ordered, purchased or used and the information provided by the person, as a visitor to the ANTFARMA website, when ordering, purchasing and/or using ANTFARMA services, visiting or registering on ANTFARMA website.
  • The Buyer agrees that the personal data which he voluntarily provides at the time of ordering shall be processed in accordance with these Rules.
  • The Buyer has the right to access his/her personal data and the right to request the rectification or removal of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate or inaccurate personal data by sending an email to info@antfarma.eu. In this case, the Seller must immediately comply with the Buyer's request (within 1-2 working days).  
  • The Data Controller recognises and respects the right to privacy of every Customer who places an order on the www.antfarma.eu online shop. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided by the online shop at the time of ordering) for the purpose of processing orders for goods or services or for the fulfilment of any other contractual obligations assumed. By placing an order, the Customer may give his/her consent/non-consent to the use of his/her personal data for direct marketing purposes. He/she does so by ticking the box (I agree to the use of my personal data for direct marketing purposes). We send a monthly newsletter to the e-mail address provided by the Customer and provide the possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter (at the end of the newsletter there is an option to "unsubscribe" - by clicking on this option, the Customer will no longer receive the newsletter).
  • The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller's partners providing delivery or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • Personal data shall be processed using secure measures to protect such data against unlawful destruction, disclosure or other unauthorised acts.

Changing the rules

  • The Data Controller shall have the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, by notifying the www.antfarma.eu online shop. The Seller undertakes to make it technically possible for the Buyer to re-accept the updated Privacy Policy. 
  • Amendments or changes to the Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the date of their publication, i.e. the date they appear on the online shop www.antfarma.eu
  • If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Terms and Conditions, the Buyer shall have the right to withdraw in writing.
  • If the Customer continues to use the services provided by the Online Shop after the addition or modification of the Terms and Conditions, the Customer shall be deemed to accept the new version of the Terms and Conditions.

Presentation and transmission of information

  • All notifications relating to the processing of personal data shall be made to the Data Controller by e-mail info@antfarma.eu or by post.
  • The Data Controller shall reply in the same form in which the notification or claim was received.

Cookies

  • A cookie is a small piece of information stored in the Buyer's web browser. They help the Data Controller to recognise the visitor to the website, to store the history of the visit to the website and to adapt the content accordingly. Cookies also help to ensure the smooth operation of websites, allow the duration and frequency of visits to websites to be monitored and to collect statistical information on the number of visitors to websites. By analysing this data, we can improve our website and make it more user-friendly for our customers. A person can disable the use of cookies at any time, but without cookies some features of www.antfarma.eu may not work or may not work properly.
  • The purposes of using cookies are to create a shopping cart for the online shop (for the website's core business) and to calculate visitor statistics. When using the website, the customer may be required to register in order to order furniture. In this case, the customer will be asked to provide personal data (such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc.). The Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to use in any lawful manner all information and data provided by the person, whether through registration or otherwise. A cookie for the creation of a shopping cart is created when the user uploads items to the shopping cart and is deleted when the user closes (logs out) the website window (ends the session). 
  • You can allow or refuse the recording of cookies.   • The data subject's consent is not required if cookies are used on the website of the online shop to create a shopping cart for the goods selected by the customer, etc.
  • No personal customer data is collected through cookies.
  • No information is provided to any third party during the recording of the necessary cookies. 

Transfer of personal data to third parties

  • ANTFARMA may also provide Customer Data in response to requests from courts or public authorities to the extent necessary for the proper enforcement of applicable law and at the direction of public authorities.
  • ANTFARMA guarantees that personal data will neither be sold nor rented to third parties.

Final provisions

ANTFARMA has the right to unilaterally amend the Privacy Policy in whole or in part by notifying you on the website www.antfarma.eu. Amendments or changes to the Privacy Policy shall take effect from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they are posted on the website www.antfarma.eu.
