What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and whether packaging needs to be adapted for your market. With existing packaging we can start with small orders. We confirm the exact quantities in the offer.
Can you provide packaging and instructions in our language?
Testera packaging already exists in English, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Finnish and Swedish. We can prepare other languages for your market.
Which documents do we receive for registration?
CE declarations of conformity, instructions for use, labelling texts and batch documents. We help you with the documentation your national authority requires.
Is exclusivity available?
We currently have no exclusive distributors, so most European markets are open. Exclusivity can be discussed per country based on the market plan and volumes.
How do you deliver?
From our warehouse in Vilnius to yours. In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery terms are agreed in the offer.
Do you also make products under our brand?
